This kit allows you to mount 00-13 style OEM FL Touring hardbags on to your 1990 to 2007 Harley Davidson Softail. (See fitment below)

NOTE: Will not fit models with Shotgun-style exhaust; exhaust must be lower than rear axle.
NOTE: Requires turn signal to be relocated on Fatboys.
