This handlebar was returned by a customer and was never installed. It does have some light blemishes that are cosmetic. The ends of the bars were damaged in shipping but this area of the bar is covered by the grips and is not visible. We're selling it at way below dealer cost. This is a great bargain for someone who is not too picky. All sales of used parts are final!
