Returns No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless they are unused and in their original packaging. If a product is shrink wrapped and it has been opened it is not returnable. Please inspect all chrome plated products very carefully before installing on your bike. Any chrome plated products that have been installed are not returnable. No exceptions! All products returned must arrive in perfect condition to be eligible for refund or exchange. Otherwise, it will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense. Do not write on the original carton if you are sending an item back. Use a shipping label that is removable. Cartons arriving with writing on the outside will be refused. All returns of undamaged goods sent back for refund or exchange will incur a 20% restocking fee as stated on the WestEndMotorsports.com Policies page. If the product was shipped free, the customer will then be responsible for the shipping cost we incurred and it will be deducted from your refund. Shipping the item back to WestEndMotorsports.com is the responsibility of the consumer and must be sent freight prepaid to the address below. Please insure the items returned for their full value. Under no circumstances are special order items returnable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving item or items. No returns on electrical components of any kind. There are no exceptions to this policy. This is including but not limited to taillights, turn signals, headlights, ignition modules, Power Commanders, Cobra fuel processors, LED light kits and side mount license plate frames with LED’s. No returns on discontinued items. No exceptions. Please call WestEndMotorsports.com at 800-520-8525 if you are having a problem with a product and you feel it is defective or was sent in error. In some cases we can send you a UPS call tag to retrieve the product and the restocking fee will not apply. Print return form Cancellations You can cancel a part that is part of our regular inventory with no penalty as long as it hasn't shipped. If we commit to the product with one of our suppliers and you cancel, there is a 20% restocking fee. This applies whether the product has shipped or not. All shipping charges incurred will also be deducted from your refund. This policy is not to make money on you in any way. These are industry standard charges that we pay our suppliers if we return a product. In order to cancel an order you must call 800-520-8525. Do not send an email or leave a voice mail and assume your order is cancelled. Emails sometimes get lost and so do voice messages. Your order is not officially cancelled until you receive an email from us stating a status change to cancelled. If your order ships before we cancel your order, you are responsible for any restocking fees and shipping charges. Warranties Any warranties on the products sold hereby by WestEndMotorsports.com are those made by the manufacturer. Customer must engage the manufacturer for any warranty issues. WestEndMotorsports.com will assist the customer if help is requested. Shipping the item to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the consumer. Price Guarantee West End Motorsports guarantees to beat any competitors price on any item we carry whether we have it listed on our website or not. The following restrictions apply in order for us to beat a competitors price. Item must be the identical brand and part number as the one we sell. Some resellers use different part numbers than West End Motorsports and we will do our best make sure it is the same product. Price comparison must be verified by West End Motorsports. Please don't ask us to call a competitor to verify a price. If you get a price quoted over the phone, we can' t accept that. The price must be an advertised price on the internet that can be verified by West End Motorsports. Price comparison is only valid on products that are immediately available. If an item is on backorder, the calculations will be done when the product becomes available. Price comparison must take into account shipping policies and charges. We don’t charge shipping on orders over $99.00. We absorb that cost. It comes directly out of our profits. So if a competitor charges shipping but has the product listed for less, we do the calculations and if we’re still more expensive than them, we will beat their price by 10% of the price difference. Please do your research before you buy. We will not do any price comparisons after an order is placed. West End Motorsports is under no obligation to retroactively give refunds because you find the item cheaper after you make your purchase. Keep in mind some times the lowest price is not the best deal. Some vendors don' t take product back and don' t give refunds. Some vendors don' t let you know what the real shipping charge is going to be until they ship the product out. West End Motorsports reserves the right to not sell any product at below dealer cost. If a competitor is closing out a product or selling a product at a price we can' t beat, we may elect at our discretion to not sell the product. West End Motorsports reserves the right to change prices at any time and are under no legal obligation to honor prices that are errors or out of date. Manufacturers often raise thier prices without notifying dealers and we will give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price before processing your order.
